I initially came for in house project and started working at client location since last 5 years. Did H1 amendment when changed from inhouse to client location in 2012 and working with same client since then.filed for extension in 2014 , got extended till 2017. Again filed for extension Now got my extension approved for 3 years. im planning to visit india next month. I work in EVVC model, have all the letters that states my employer name. Will there be any issues for stamping. My salary in LCA is 80k but im paid 110k with base as 80k and rest on miscellaneous. my worry for stamping is the slary diferrence and EVVC model. any suggestions , is it ok to go for stamping now?
