DACA and Cross Chargeability

This is for my friend(A) and partner (B) 

A: EB2 India -PD March 2010. Filed for AOS in 2012. Got the EAD/AP. No H1B. 

B: Born in Gautemala. Came to the US (illegally) as a child and now has EAD (DACA - Dreamers Act)

If A and B marry, can they use cross charge-ability and both get their GCs? Do they have to travel outside?
