Rajreddy09
Hello, My employer has filed PERM in 2016 and priority date was April 2016 and received an audit in Sep2016. Audit was, how many has applied to the same position and send their resumes. My employer responded to the audit by saying that no citizens applied to this position and application was denied. Second time, my priority date was in feb 2017 and was denied without an audit within in 2months, saying that employers requirement doesn't match with the employee experience / Employee doesn't have the experience required by Employee My question is is it safe to file again with same employer? as I read in some blogs that its better not to apply again with same employer if PERM was denied within 365 days, it that true? Will filing an MOA for denial helps or better to start a new application? Please give your inputs. Regards, Raj Link to comment
