OPT to H1B Status Change

Hello 

i am an opt student and my initial opt will end on may 10 2017 and i applied for my extension it will deny due to ACICS Accreditation. Ie am working as a full time employee  and my h1b picked with different employer  Here is the questions i have

1. can i get cap - gap i -20  and work up to October for my 1st Employer.

2.What will happen  if payroll will  run one day after my opt denial.

3. Can i start my second masters and sevis transfer  while my h1b is under pending (through masters Quota)

 

 

Help me with best answer it would be help full.
