Experience with foreign related employer for PERM

Hi Murthy -

My U.S. company is about to start its PERM Labor Certification for me.  I'm on L-1 status since 2014.  I know we cannot use my L-1 experience with my current U.S. employer as required experience for the PERM (same job as L-1)....but my question is can we count my experience with the foreign related (Canadian) company where I was transferred from on this PERM?  Thank you.
