I94 expiring even though i have PED on my VISA until end of 2018

My L1- B visa Details

1:  I-94 and I-129S are getting expired on 12/15/2017.

2: PED on my VISA and I- 797  expires on 12/14/2018.

3: Visa expires on 3/10/2019.

 

Questions

1: Since my 194 is getting expired, In this case, Should I apply for extension (I am confused here, since my I129S shows 12/15/2017 where as my PED on my Visa shows 12/14/2018 )

2:  Or can I get my I94 renewed either  by visiting India\Canada\Mexico

Usually a blanket L1 gets a three year I94 every time you return. Have you actually spoken to your company Immigration lawyer about the matter?

No Pontevecchio, I have not discussed with my company immigration lawyers, my friends suggested me to check with this forum first, may I know what is the best approach to renew my I-94

If you are in a blanket L1 visa then each time you enter the I94 is for 3 years maybe subject to total time in L1 status. How much time have you used up in L1 status?
