H4 Stamping Principal Applicant and petitioner Name

Hi, I am currently in US on H4 visa. My H4 visa extension was done as a part of my spouse's H1b Extension. Now I am planning to go to India for visa stamping.

I need clarification in completing the following details in Ds 160:

1. Principal applicant Name and receipt number. (Should this be my name and receipt number for my I 539 extension application? Or is this my husband's name and his I 797 approval receipt number? )

and when booking appointment what should I enter for principal Applicant and Petitioner name.
