Question regarding I140 Revoking

Hi all,

My friend has a situation and we need suggestion. He was working with employer A (staffing company). His I140 got approved in November 2014. Now he got a full time opportunity with Employer B who sponsored his H1 and it was approved for 3 yrs and he is ready sponsor for GC as well. Upon approval of H1 from Employer B, he gave notice to Employer A and everything seemed fine. on the very last working day, employer A called said that he will revoke his(my friend's) I140 and all.

My question is Is it possible to revoke I140 now? if yes, is there any way that we can port the priority date? What about H4-EAD?

Please suggest.

As per current new rules they can't revoke 140 anymore.
