H4 Visa Stamping and Travel

Hi Team,

Hope all is good. 

l am currently in the USA on my H4 Visa with valid EAD and my spouse is the principal H1B sponsor has her I140 approved. Both of us have valid I-94 dates but the visa on passport are expired (Visa stamp on passports). I am (H4 holder) in a need to travel to India without the H1B holder. 

The question is, Can I go to H4 Visa stamping process in India in this case without the H1B holder / her visa page on passport with expired dates? 
As well, can I travel back to the US without the principal H1B holder at the port of entry without any problems.

I would like to know a solution from you for the above.
