Amirtha
Hi, I am currently working in US on H1B Visa, I-140 approved. I am travelling to India this May and intend to bring my mother & sister on my return to US to spend few months here for tourism purposes. They already have B1/B2 visa approved and stamped on their passports. This will be their first time visit to USA. My sister just completed her B.E in India this May and has a job offer in India that she intends to join in October/November time frame. Is it advisable to bring them with me when I return from India in June? What are the things I need to be aware of and be prepared when I arrive with them at the port of entry? Thanks, Amirtha Link to comment
pontevecchio
The job offer is immaterial. Since they have visas there is no problem of any kind. Bring them. Have them come on their own. It is immaterial. Link to comment
