Change of employers with approved I140 from employer A

I have I140 approved from EmployerA unrevoked, using which I moved to EmployerB and have my visa valid until March 2019. Currently I have EmployerC making me an offer in a different state. I dont have Green card initiated with EmployerB yet.

Can I move to EmployerC with 3 years extension with I140 approved from EmployerA?

Also as premium processing is currently for H-1B transfer what will be the wait time to get petition approved and is it ok to start with new employer with the receipt?

The wait time is not predictable. Join C if it is the right move career wise. Yes you should be able to get a 3 year extension.

I am in similar situation.  I am worried to move without h1b transfer approval.Job category is same. company is 100billion dollar company. I have masters.What are the chances of h1b transfer denial?
