pontevecchio Posted April 28, 2017 Report Share Posted April 28, 2017 I-539 is for COS to H4 status. PP for H4 does not exist on its own. PP for H1 is being withheld for some time. You will need to return with a H1 visa and your latest petition approval. Link to comment

Conten Posted May 1, 2017 Author Report Share Posted May 1, 2017 Thank you for the responses. I plan to go out the country and come back . However we applied my wife's H4 extension and EAD too along with my PP application and they are not processed yet . Say , I come back to USA with my EOS extended , do you think that will lessen the chances of my wife's EOS and EAD being denied ? Will USCIS check on the updated info when processing my wife's case ?
