Hi
I had a client visit from uscis last week and my office was closed at that time. He send an email asking my paystubs, w2, work location, working hours, my duties etc. i have rolling questions
1) As officer came sailed than my office hours will it impact on me?
2) my employer ran payroll on different state from lca, I even filled my tax returns from different state. What will be the impact ?
3) if I apply for transfer from different employer this week will I be on safer side ?

Please reply me ASAP

your second point may hurt you if you have not done amendment for your location . Have you recently applied for h1 extension ?

Second point will land you in trouble if your employer is not doing the right way. Why did you not question your employer when he is running payroll from different city.
