My brother (sibling) was adopted by my aunt (father's Sister) when he was 3 yrs old. Both their adopted parents are no more. My parents (his biological) are live . I'm married and in US too with my husband on H1. 

Here is my question(s)

1. Can my brother sponsor Greencard for me?

2. Can he sponsor Greencard for my parents?
