USCIS reported receipt of non-immigrant petition 1 year after GC approval

Hi,

My GC was approved last summer. Until then I was on H-1B. However, last week I received email and text notifications from USCIS stating that a non-immigrant I-129 petition had been received for me. The notifications had valid case numbers that I could track on the USCIS website. This came as a surprise to me as my current and previous employer (current at the time AOS) both know of my GC status. I called USCIS but they say that they can only share details with the employer who filed the petition. They won't even reveal the name of the filing company. 

I am not sure if I should be concerned. Can someone suggest my options?
