H1 RFE questions and next steps needed

Hi,

I am working with X company and filled for H1b extension and it is in RFE now, following are the questions asked.

Client letter

Roles and Responsibilities and their Percentage

technical capabilities to perform the role

Manager details

6 months pay stubs

previouw W2 forms

deputation letter

based on the current situation , why they are asking these docs. if any thing happens, how many days I have time to search for new exployer.

We don't know anything about your employer, so why do you think we could know why USCIS asks for these documents???
