Mohun
My parents have a 10 year multiple visitor visa. They visited USA several times before but they never had a problem. 1. Last time they entered USA in October 2015, we extended their visiting visa and they went back to India on July 2016. 2. They came back to USA in January 2017, but when they entered at port of entry they were questioned for 3 hours on why they are coming back so soon to USA and also asked if they would again extend their visiting visa, my parents have told immigration authorities that they will not be extending and would leave USA in 6 months. But we want to extend their visa, I am in dilemma of whether to apply for their extension of visiting visa. Please let me know what would be the repercussion in applying for extending visitor visa. Thanks in advance Chris Link to comment

pontevecchio
Ideally they should leave before their current I94 expires and stay away for at least one year. Is there a notation in their passport/I94 stating NO EXTENSION? Link to comment
