Nitish_rana
Hi All, I've been working Employer A from past 6 years. However Employer A will not be processing my GC. Hence I contacted another employer (referred as Employer B) who was interested in filing for my GC (PERM and I-140). Employer B first filed for my PERM and later for I-140 while I was still working for Employer A. Both PERM and I-140 were approved. Will there be any issues while Employer B applies for H1B transfer/extension based on I-140? My current I-94 expires in next three weeks because of which Employer B has to file for H1B transfer/extension very soon. I intend to start working for Employer B as soon as we get the receipt number for transfer. However I just want to make sure that everything that I'm doing is lawfully valid. Please suggest.
