Travelling to India while H1b Extension is in process

Hi a question
I'm in dilemma. Need your help. I have valid stamped h1 visa till june 15 2017 and filed for extension back in feb.I have to make emergency trip to India
Now I'm in india. Today(April 22 2017) I got extension petition approved and got i797 with new i94 till 2019.I'm flying back in 2 days and I didn't expect approval while I'm in india so didnt plan for stamping.should I go for stamping for this extension or I can fly back with my current visa (which is valid till jun15 2017)? I repeat I have stamped visa till Jun 15 2017
