H1B Bahamas Cruise Travel in April end of 2017 -

Hi Everyone,

I'm on H1-B and wife on H4. H1-B visa stamping valid until Nov 30 2017. We are planning to go on cruise to Bahamas from Miami in the last week of April 2017 for our anniversary.

Considering that we have new executive orders like 2 days ago on H1-B, I'm a lil concerned on Travel.  Will there be issues at POE in Miami. I work full time with one of the top 50 MNC's with Masters degree and in the US from the past 10 years.

Do you have visas for the Bahamas?

Did the cruise line tell you that you do not need visas?

The EO has nothing to do with people already  in H1 status.

Yes. I spoke to the cruise line and also checked with folks who cruised in Carnival. No Visa was required.
