H1B approved in PP but H4 did not received receipt number

Hi ,

Please help me on the below mentioned scenario:

I am having an approved i797 with employer A valid till Sep 2019 and  my daughter H4 (I539) i94 valid till sep 2019. Now  I got an offer with employer B and employer B filed H1B transfer in PP along with i539 (H4) on March 29th 2017 . On April 10th my H1B transfer got approved and USCIS issued till April 2018 and employer B did not received H4 receipt number so far. Here are my questions:

1)  In case if i join employer B , What would be my daughter status as her receipt number not received ?

2)  Or Do i need to wait till my daughter H4 receipt number is received by employer B ?

3) If employer A revokes my H1B & H4 , what would be my daughter status incase if her receipt number not received by that time or if it takes more time ?

1. She is fine as she has a I-94 till Sep 2019. No issues.

2. You don't need to wait.

3. They can revoke H-1, not H-4. So your daughter is good.
