H1B with LCA role Programmer Analyst(Computer Programmer )

My Amendment Petition was filed on March-2016 and got RFE on Jan-2017.. Then I replied back with the required documents on 22nd of March 2017. With this new Executive order I'm really scared whether my petition will be denied. Can some one pls advice ?

The EO is not changing anything.

It is about USCIS evaluating things. Congress would have to change laws to change things, an EO can never change laws, even if the wannabe dictator in the White House would love to.

If your paperwork is right you should be approved on basis of current law. Nothing has changed there. Trump EO is about greater rigor, not changes in criteria. Those have to come through legislation, probably will in the future, but it will take time.

If its okay, Can you please provide the details of your RFE? I also applied for H1b ext as a Programmer Analyst.
