Transfer H1b to F2

Hi,

I am currently on H1b and in India for my stamping purpose. There is some issue with my documents because of which I am unable to go for stamping. 

I was on F1 and later on my H1b approved. I got married recently. Few people are suggesting to go on F2 visa to USA as my husband is a student doing his masters. Is there a chance that I can get F2 visa approved and enter into US?

Please help me. I am stuck up in India.

You can certainly apply. What is the issue with your H1? Is your spouse studying in a knwn college?

Yes, you can go for F-2 stamping.
