pending H4 and H4 Ead - advise options pls

Dear Experts,

We are caught in a tricky situation that I would like your valuable advise on. Here is my scenario

Application: H1 extension + H4 renewal + H4 Ead renewal

Mode: Premium processing- submitted march 31,2017

Current status: H1 ext approved on April 10,2017, Got receipt for H4 renewal , NO receipt for H4 ead which expires June, 2017.

Please advise what option to choose.

Option1: Apply for H4 Ead renewal again while h4 renewal is in pending status.

Option2: Since h4 ead expires in 45 days, Go out of country ( say canada etc) and get the H4 stamping( not sure if this extends her status). Comeback to US and apply for H4 ead. ( is there a chance i can get the receipt here?)

Option 3: Wait it out. Nothing you can do about it.

Appreciate your responses. Helps a lot.

Option 3 is the only option. USCIS is having delays in processing H-4 EAD's. Wait till you get a receipt. Don't apply again. It will take some time.
