I-140 Priority Date

Company 1 Info:  
In 2009, My Perm was approved with priority date of Feb 2010 but didn't applied for I 140 from Company 1.

Company 2 Info:
In 2011, I moved to different company  (Company 2)  and I applied my labor and I-140 process from start, I-140  got approved on 2012 (Priority Date: Aug 2012 ).

My Questions:
1. My Priority date Feb 2010 of Company 1 is valid to apply for I-140??

2. Can I Transfer My Priority Date (Feb 2010 ) of Company 1 to Company 2 ??
