Sam2017
Hi All, I am planning to visit India in Aug 2017 but since I am not eligible for drop box I will have to attend Visa Stamping interview in Mumbai. Wanted to get your inputs / suggestions on whether I should travel or postpone my visit based on current situation. Here is my current status- - I have approved I140 - Have been in US for around 10 years - My last visa stamping was in India - My visa was extended recently (I797 valid till 2019) - I am with my current employer for over 10 years Thanks in advance. You can travel. Make sure you carry all the supporting docs. Link to comment
raju.s
Just being curious, as everyone is travelling to mexico or Canada for stamping due to less number of days required when stuck in Admin Processing why not opt for the same ? Ideally if your employer/client is strong OR working full time there should be no concern. Else would look at other options Link to comment
