Venkata g Posted April 18, 2017 Report Share Posted April 18, 2017 Hi, I worked in a Consulting firm who started my GC few months back and I got into a full time role in a company very recently. My current company with full time has some bad image that they initiate Green Cards very late i.e 1 year before H1B expiration(6 years). My friend who started a new consulting firm told that he can initiate my green card process . Is it a right choice to start my green card process from a company which doesn't hold my H1B Visa?. What are the chances of getting into troubles if I go ahead with this? Link to comment
