samch
Hi, My H1 extension is approved 2 weeks back. But in I-129, client name was mistype'd as AC&C instead AB&C. But the client address was mentioned correct in both LCA and I-129. LCA doesn't have client name in it. This client name typo inI-129 will cause any issue if I go to H1 stamping ? Also please let me know if there is any way to correct it. Thanks for your response. Link to comment

He can confirm that for you. Link to comment
samch
Hi Shekar, Thanks for your reply. I have posted this question twice here at same time by mistake. your reply on this post is to contact my attorney and on the other post your reply was that there will be no issues. Actually my attorney said there will be no issues, but since it is the typo in client name, I wanted to make sure and posted here. Please let me know if there will be any issues? Thank you.
