H-1B transfer Approved but continue with prev employer

Hi,

I'm currently working for employer with H-1B valid till October 2018 (Consulting firm) A at client Location B. Client B offered me full time position and filed a H1B petition that was approved last week. They are expecting me to start full time next month. But I would like to continue with employer A.

Can i continue working for employer A? Will my employer have to file H-1 again?

Your help will be appreciated.

If your petition with employer A was not revoked, then you are good to work for employer A otherwise you have to do H1B transfer.
