B2 VISA for Parents

Hi

I am currently on H1b VISA with a reputed Full time employer and I am going on vacation to India. During my vacation, I am sponsoring B2 VISA for my parents. In their DS-160, I have also mentioned that, I will be accompanying them for visiting USA.

My parents are not educated and travelling alone would be difficult for them. So I am trying to be helpful. I have few questions:

1. what kind of a questions would this arise?
2. will this impact their chances of getting visa ?
3. Will this impact me in any way as I am also going for drop box option to renew my visa?
