Winnie Posted April 17, 2017 Report Share Posted April 17, 2017 am planning to go for H1b stamping to india..its a renewal case. what should i answer to the question Have you made any specific plans? my answer was yes and i provided the date of travel and date of return. date of departure..15 may 2017 date of arrival... 06 Jun 2017 i keep getting this error... date of departure from US cannot be earlier than date of arrival in US. please suggest! thanks Link to comment
