Again employer e-requested Approved package from USCIS.Employer received package on Apr 1st week.Till now he didnt run my payroll and he is not willing to share H1B approval copy. I applied change of status from h4 to h1b, Is there any chances to change another employer without paystub using only receipt number. Please advice how to proceed further Thanks in advance! Don'tAbuseVisa's
you can complain to DOL. YOur employer has to provide all the originals to you. why your employer is not running payroll? no project? that means whatever document the company submitted is fraudulent. even if you are on bench your employer should pay you. Suggestion, find a real company dont go for another consultancy Link to comment
JoeF
File a complaint with DOL on form WH4 if you don't get paid. The DOL will make the employer pay you. And find a better employer, one who follows the law. Link to comment
