H1 Transfer

Hi Team,

I am currently with a Company A and got a offer from Company B. They are asking to join with the H1 filing number as processing takes 2-6months of time.

What would be the consequences if I join with them.

Thanks rohang for your response. But few of the friends told me if company A revoke my H1 and Company B H1 is not approved, I need to move out of USA. Is that true?

no, thats not true. Otherwise B would not hire you.

That's risky, you never know once your company A informed the USCIS that your no longer working with them and for some reason if your H1 transfer gets rejected then it makes things complicated better start working after H1 transfer completes or your company B is very big and well known you can start working on receipt number since they will have good attorneys with them to take care.
