jdsenkumar Posted April 12, 2017 Report Share Posted April 12, 2017 Hello, There are two amendments filed with USCIS, one for my previous client A and another for current working client B.Now i got RFE for my previous client A, however current client B amendment is still pending with USCIS. During this amendment can i make travel to India? (3 weeks) Are they check amendment status in Port of entry? If they rejected my Client A amendment, can i allow to work for client B (Current client) ? Link to comment
