H1B Extension - case transferred to another office

My H1B extension was filed in Vermont on August 10th, 2016 under normal processing and recently on Feb 10th 2017 the case was transferred to Nebraska processing center due  backlog in VT. Does any one have any inputs or gone through similar situation have any idea on how long will it take to get the approval

My case is also same I filed my H1B extension on August 15th and my case moved from Vermont service center to CSC on 28th Feb but till now I can see same status there is no changes.I am worried now It is in regular processing.How many days it will take?I created myself SR but The USCIS didn't take any action.
