xoom.5555 Posted April 11, 2017 Report Share Posted April 11, 2017 Hi, My friend got his i140 done around 180+ days ago. His H1b visa 7th year extension is rejected so he left USA very recently. The employer who applied his i140 has now revoked his i140. The time gap between i140 approval and revoke is around 200 days. Question: Can a person get back to USA with another employer with this i140 ? How much time does one have to find a job and get back to USA with this i140? Please suggest. Link to comment
