RFE STEM EXTENSION

Hi,

I applied for OPT EXTENSION on Feb 2, 2017. My OPT expires on Feb 9, 2017. 

I received an RFE on April 3, 2017 asking to submit I983 form that I submitted to DSO. I have submitted I983 form while applying for extension. I don't understand why they are asking for I983 training plan that I have already submitted?

Hi rahul,

even I got same RFE. along with that they are asking me for paystubs. Did u address your RFE.

Yes, I sent them the I983 with employer letter, they didn't ask for pay stubs. My case is still pending, did you get response from them?

I also got the same RFE, Did you get you case approved? Did you get any response from them ?
