GC for approved I-140 but Iam with different employer

Hello sir,I am Indian.
My Employer "X" filed my GC in 2007 and my I-140 was approved and priority date is feb 20th 2008. It became a current now.
Now I am with Employer "Y"
I want to get GC. Please suggest me what is the fastest way to get the GC.

should I move to my previous employer to get fastest GC or current employer can file I-485 directly? Please suggest me fastest way.

your current employer has to file perm and 140 before he can do 485...fastest way is to go with your previous employer.
