kumaranae Posted April 7, 2017 Report Share Posted April 7, 2017 I am in the process of H1 B transfer to new Employer , which applied in normal process and my transfer not yet approved. My wife presently in India and had valid H4 visa which as my previous employer name and its valid for one more year... So travel back to USA she need to wait until my new H1 transfer approved ? or she can travel before that ? Link to comment
