rajurd
Hi, My I-140 is approved an year ago and my employer is not willing to share the I-140 approval copy with me. They say it is company policy and cannot be shared. I tried convincing but no use. Is there any other way, I can get the I-140 approval copy? Please guide me.. Link to comment
catmom2001
You can get it by using the FOIA - addressed to the USCIS. Browse thru this topic on the net. You have to fill a form and mail to the FOIA USCIS and you can get this document in couple months Thanks, Link to comment
