pabo
Hi, I'm working for Company A with approved I-140. I received an offer from Company B. Company B is requesting copy of I-140 approval notice, I-140 petition and ETA 9089. Company A may not provide these documents and I recently requested FOIA. Please let me know my options. Is it OK if I just give Company B the I-140 receipt number and corresponding approval in USCIS website? Thanks for the help. Link to comment
Indian_TX
Through FOIA you can get a copy of 140 petition and from DOJ you can get a copy of 9089. But i'm not sure if you can get a copy of original approval notice as i didn't get it. Also you may not need the approval notice and you'll have all the details along with receipt # from the petition. Link to comment
