I cant apply for OPT, what are my options to stay in US

Hi,

I cancelled my OPT twice, so my sevis record says that i cant apply for opt anymore with a master's degree. My DSO gave me suggestion to get a doctoral degree and then i can apply for OPT. But i am dont want to do my P.hD. Can anyone suggest any options i can stay in US and get a job.

Doing a PhD is a whole different ballgame. Essentially, you do and think about your research 24/7. Don't do it if you are not 100% into that.

An employer can file an H1 for you (probably not this year, assuming that the quota fills by the end of the week.)

But you will have to go abroad, and apply for a job from abroad.
