H4 EAD with H1B and H4 (extension filed by employer)

Hi,

My company is about to file my H1B extension, along with my wife's H4 extension. It won't be done in premium processing since USCIS is not accepting premium filings now. Our visas expire end of July.

I am planning to file an EAD for my wife , but my company will not file EAD for her, per policy, so I will have to file it myself.

My question is , should I wait till we receive our approval notices to file the I-765 for EAD ? Or can we do it once we get the receipt notices ?

Can we still file EAD along with the extension , by me filing independently while my company files extension ? Is there someway I can indicate for USCIS to link both the applications ?

You can wait for receipt no and then file H4-EAD and mention H4/H1 receipt no.
