rohansharma Posted March 31, 2017 Report Share Posted March 31, 2017 Hello, I was charged with two felonies for grand larceny, but recently I attended the court and they dismissed one felony and knocked down the other to misdemeanor with petty larceny (comes under CMT), they gave 178 days of jail but suspended and charged fine and I will be under supervision of good behavior for an year. Now, I am planning to travel to India will this be a problem at the immigration, will they stop me from entering the country. I am on OPT and my visa is going to expire but I have applied for extension and it is in process. Please let me know will these factors stop me from entering the country. Is it safe to travel out of country. Hope to hear from you soon, based on your response I will be deciding my further step. Thank you. Link to comment
