My Present employer(attorney) denied to file in EB2 - I have approved I-140 from Previous employer

Recommended Posts

Hi Folks,

I have 3yrs bachelors degree and 2 yrs post-graduation degree from Indian University, and 13+ yrs IT experience.

Even Though I did complete(passed) my post graduation in 2004 (also I received provisional cert on same year-2004), but i did collect OD from University in May 2012, and my OD clearly states that I have passed masters in June 2004.

So now, my company's attorney are not honoring my Masters certificate for EB2 category for following reasons:

1. because of issue date mentioned in May 2012 even though I passed masters in 2004.

2. my OD states the word "passed" but they are expecting "Awarded"

However I have provided exactly same certificates to my previous employer's attorney and I have approved I-140 from my previous employer.

So I don't understand why they (attorney or educational evaluation agency) are concerned above reasons??

I'm looking for advice and  what are all my better options...

Thanks in advance.
