Visa for my nephew

[Visitor Visa Renewal]

Hello everyone, 

My nephew just completed his 12th standard studies and is planning to visit me for a few weeks. He had a visa as a minor and has traveled for two visits. His visitor visa expired since he became an adult a few months ago. He is going in for a visa interview in the next couple of weeks. I've been a US citizen for 7 years, my brother, the nephew's father, has a successful business in India. My nephew plans to be here for 4-6 weeks.

Anyone in a similar situation or have tips to share? Any help welcome.
