DBUS
I have a valid L1b VISA/I94 expiring 1Jul2017 . My company applied for my extension first with L1A, then L1B. Both of which are denied by the US consulate interview at Chennai earlier this month. I re-entered US couple of days ago with my current L1b with no issues at CBP/Immigration. Now my question is- I have a non-refundable family vacation trip planned to mexico in April and wondering if it is safe to travel & re-enter US given i had 2 refusals in last month (though no questions/issues at re-entry in US recently) and my VISA/I94 is expiring on 1Jul2017. Any help / guidance you can provide will be helpful. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Yes, It is safe. If the duration is less than 30 days, they will let you in using AVR in which you retain the existing I94. Link to comment
