I 140 EB2 Denied because of Education evaluation

Hi,

 

My I 140 denied saying my degree from Institution of Mechanical Engineers (India) Mumbai is not an US equivalent degree. Is there any positive happens if I appeal it by MTR. If that is not the viable option, is here a way I can retain my Priority date (Sep 2015) to move and apply under EB3.

A degree deemed not US Equivalent will still be a problem. Consult a good lawyer.
