santosh9401
My I-140 got approved in 2015 and applied for H1B extension, got approved in Nov 2016 for Client A & Location X Now the client is changed to Client B & Location is Y (My Employer being the same). I am still in the same MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area), even though changed client. My VISA stamping got expired in Aug, 2016. Now, I am planning to visit India in May, 2017. What are the necessary STEPS / PROCESS I need to take care of when I go for stamping for a client other than the one approved in petition ? Should my employer file an amendment for change of Client & Location, which will take 5-6 months or only LCA will work? Please guide me on this situation, I am very tensed on what & how things will go? Appreciate your help on this !! Link to comment
