H-1B visa stamping with transfers

Hi

I got my H-1B visa approved on October 2016 with a company A and I have initiated a transfer on February 2017 to company B and it got approved. Hopefully I will make another transfer in 4-5 months. As I don't have a H1-B stamping in my passport, is it advisable to have multiple transfers over a period time before the stamping or should I make stamping before proceeding with the another transfer?

It does not matter unless you have a valid h1b visa. Wondering why are you transferring every 4-5 months. Anyways, good luck
